NIRANKA BANERJEE
I am a Post-Doctoral Researcher at RIMS, Kyoto University, hosted by Professor Kazuhisa Makino. My research is funded by the AFSA Project.
I obtained my Ph.D. in Theoretical Computer Science at the Institute of Mathematical Sciences, Chennai under Professor Venkatesh Raman. Before this, I did my Master's in Applied Mathematics from Chennai Mathematical Institute and my Bachelor's in Mathematics from St. Xavier's College, Kolkata.

I am broadly interested in designing algorithms and data structures. More specifically, I am interested in Dynamic and Fault Tolerant algorithms.
​
My Ph.D. thesis was on Dynamizing Graph Classes and Output Sensitive Fault Tolerant Subgraph Problems.
